At TTArtisan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your optical equipment; if you are not, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all lens caps, hoods, and documentation, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the lens and accessories in their original box, ensuring the optics are protected, and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our designated service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
