Are TTArtisan lenses compatible with my camera system?
We offer lenses for various mounts including Sony E, Fujifilm X, Canon RF, Nikon Z, and M4/3. Please check the specific product page to ensure the mount matches your camera body.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for international orders?
Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Do I need an adapter to use these lenses?
Most of our lenses are designed for native mounts and do not require adapters. However, for our M-mount lenses, you may need a specific adapter to use them on mirrorless systems.
What is your return policy for defective items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any manufacturing defects. Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue to initiate a return or exchange.
Do these lenses support autofocus (AF)?
While we are famous for our high-quality manual focus lenses, we have recently expanded into autofocus lenses. Please refer to the 'Focus Type' section in the product specifications.
Are import duties and taxes included in the price?
Product prices do not include international customs duties or VAT. Customers are responsible for any import fees required by their local customs office upon arrival.
